1. Who provides the services
Classes and other services presented as Coco Pilates are provided by Kilian Fit EOOD, Bulgarian company number 208815610, with registered office at block 910A, entrance A, floor 5, apartment 15, Lyulin residential district, Lyulin administrative district, Sofia 1324, Bulgaria. Contact the company at krasteva.nikoleta7@gmail.com or at its registered address.
Slotify is the technical platform for displaying availability and managing bookings. Its operator, NEBIX OOD, does not provide Coco Pilates classes.
2. Classes, prices and bookings
The booking page displays available classes, location, duration, times and price. Check these details before confirming. A booking is created when the platform successfully confirms it.
Kilian Fit EOOD sets the prices and descriptions. Payment for classes is arranged directly with the studio under the information provided at purchase; the public Slotify interface does not currently take online payment for them.
3. Changes, cancellation and no-shows
Where the platform offers a change or cancellation option, use it for the relevant booking. Otherwise, contact the studio. The studio must communicate any applicable deadlines, consequences of lateness or non-attendance, and possible refunds before purchase.
These terms do not set an independent cancellation fee or deadline and do not limit statutory consumer rights.
4. Packages and passes
If the studio offers a package or pass, the description at purchase sets out the included classes, number of visits, validity and price. The studio provides any conditions for unused visits and termination before purchase; ask for clarification before paying if anything is unclear.
5. Participation and safety
Follow reasonable instructions from the specialist and on-site safety rules. If a condition could affect your participation, seek appropriate medical advice and inform the specialist in a way that is comfortable for you. Do not put health information in platform free-text fields unless the studio has separately explained why it is needed.
